Europe
Europe is not the cheapest place in the world to travel, but it certainly has some of the most iconic landmarks and cities, rife with history spanning thousands of years. If you’re looking to spend a little more and to keep your creature comforts close to hand, Europe is the ideal destination. With a little research and planning, there are many options to do Europe on the cheap.
Asia
From the iconic beaches of Koh Phi Phi in Thailand (made famous by Leonardo Dicaprio in The Beach), to the technological overdrive of Akihabara in Japan, Asia is a vast continent with much to offer. With few exceptions, Asia is hands-down the cheapest place to travel with your family, whether you’re into lounging on a beach or looking for the buzz of a big city.
North America
Even if you’ve never visited North America, chances are you know a lot about this vast continent. From the iconic landmarks of New York and the nightlife of Miami to the swathes of nature in the Nevada desert or the Rockies. Whether you’re looking for a quick city break or a “slow travel” adventure in nature, North American has something for you.
Africa
Africa is one of the most beautiful and fascinating places to travel to. Idyllic troplical beaches or wild safaris are just some of the attractions. It’s also one of the cheapest places to visit. From the gorgeous vista of Table Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa, to the ramshackle markets in Marrakech, Morocco, you’ll love what Africa has to offer.
